Can you believe it has been almost a MONTH since we began the 60 Day Clean Eating Challenge?? We would like to welcome the participants, as well as ANYONE who wants to learn more about Clean Eating to join us this Saturday, Feb. 22nd at 10am at VCC. Gina Sobrero, a WKU exercise science professor and CrossFitter, will share some valuable information with us and answer questions about the challenges incurred thus far.
