Back Squat
15 min Technical 1 RM Back Squat
then
In 1 minute complete 10 UB WB + 30 UB DU (or max UB set)
In 2 minutes complete 20 UB WB + 50 UB DU
In 3 minutes complete 40 UB WB + 100 UB DU
In 4 minutes complete 60 UB WB + 130 UB DU

Marathon Training

Run (TUE): Repeat :60 on, :90 off until form/pace deteriorates
Row (TUE): Repeat :60 on, :90 off until form/pace deteriorates
