WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

UNLIMITED CLASSES PER MONTH
Workouts are scaled for all levels to prepare you for the Workout Of the Day (W.O.D.). Classes are open to all members regardless of experience, and any workout can be scaled to any fitness or skill level. In addition, workouts can be modified for those with injuries, those coming back from a long hiatus, or any other circumstance.

SMALL GROUP SETTING
We cap class sizes at a 15 – to – 1  member to coach ratio to ensure a safe and productive environment with the highest quality coaching possible.

PROGRAMMING TO GIVE YOU RESULTS
We all know about those “CrossFit gyms” that only use the CrossFit main site for their WOD’s. However, studies have shown that if want to get results, then you need to practice on your strength. Therefore, we incorporate a programmed strength portion each day to help you get stronger. If you plan to do the prescribed WOD, then you need to be strong. How can you do a pull up or muscle up without gaining strength? Our programming includes a strength portion and a WOD that is designed to enhance your performance and agility.

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION
Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness, and we want you to have every advantage when it comes to achieving your goals. A basic understanding of proper nutrition will give you a head start on your journey. A nutrition seminar will be given periodically to provide you with the necessary information to clean up your diet and fuel your body for optimal performance.

SPECIAL EVENTS
The Vette City CrossFit community will have many events throughout the year to educate, challenge, and entertain. Whether it’s the Frozen 4 Mile Race, 60-day Clean Eating Challenge, 4K of July, Mud Happens mud run, or a specialty clinic, we’re sure to enhance your Vette City CrossFit experience.
