7 SETS (= ONE ROUND)

  • POWER CLEAN
  • FRONT SQUAT
  • PUSH PRESS
  • BACK SQUAT
  • PUSH PRESS
  • SCALE LOAD SO THAT YOU DO NOT REST THE BARBELL ON THE GROUND DURING THE 7 SETS (HOLD ON TO THE BARBELL). REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN ROUNDS. WARM UP TO AN APPROPRIATE WEIGHT AND STICK WITH IT.
