***THRUSTER- MUST HAVE HIP CREASE BELOW KNEE AND FULL LOCKOUT AT THE TOP

***BURPEE- CHEST AND THIGHS ON THE GROUND AND BOTH FEET GO OVER BAR AT THE SAME TIME ON THE JUMP (ON THE LAST BURPEE YOU MUST JUMP OVER THE BAR TO COMPLETE THE REP)
