Strength: 4×6 bench and 4×10 ring row (every 2 minutes, complete both / pause 2 secs with chest touching rings and lower slow)

Wod: 12 minute amrap of

9 handstand pushup

11 sumo deadlift high pull 75/55

14 box jump 24/20
