Warm-up

5 minutes (Run, row, Jump rope, Assault bike)

Coach brief (squat prep)

 

Strength/ skill

3×8 Back Squat

*2 warm-up sets of 4 reps, last set of 8 should be max effort.

3×2 skin the cat

*do this after the squats. Alternate with a partner. Pause for 2 seconds in the bottom.

WOD

For time:

8 muscle ups

40 box overs 30/24

8 muscle ups
