6 L-drills

WOD

EMOTM for 24 minutes

1- 100′ shuttle sprint (4×25′)

2- 25′ HSW or 30 sec hand stand hold

3- 5 back ext. (slow and controlled)

4- 6 broad jumps

Skill 

EMOTM for 5 minutes

5 strict deficit HSPU for max depth
