Warm-up

25′ bear crawl

25′ crab walk

25′ lateral bear crawl (left and right)

15 hip thrusts

10 tempo goblet squats (3 down, 3 pause)

Strength 

3×8 Front Squat

*take a couple warm up sets of 4-6 reps

WOD

“Lynne”

5 rounds for max reps of:

body weight bench press

pull-ups

*If you can do more than 20 pull-ups unbroken,

do chest to bar pull-ups, if you can do more than

20 chest to bar unbroken, do strict chin over bar pull-ups.

* Go immediatly from bench to pull ups, rest

2-5 minutes between rounds

3×6-10 partner GHR
