50 double unders

15 inch worms

10 RDL 45/35

WOD

For time:

Row 1,000m

50 box jumps 20″ (everyone)

30 dead lifts (body weight)

Strength 

3 GIANT sets (no rest between moves, only after set)

6 single leg glute bridges (6 per leg)

10 GHR (partner if unable to do regular)

12 barbell rollouts
