10 ring rows

10 wall squats

20 alternating single arm KB swing

10 goblet squats

10 ring rows

WOD

Teams of 3

For time:

3-6-9-12-15-18-21-24-27

DB burpee/DB deadlift/DB hang power clean/

DB thruster

(each team member will do 1/3 of each round,

1-1-1,2-2-2,3-3-3… Etc.)

Extra 

2 sets:

20 barbell curls

50 banded tricep push downs
