15 lateral step ups per leg

20 band pass throughs

10 Clapping push-ups

20 ring rows

Coach brief: Snatch

Strength

5 Minutes to perform:

power snatch + hang squat snatch

Set 1: 75%

Set 2: 70%

Set 3: 65%

*add 5 pounds to each of these numbers

WOD

AMRAP in 20 minutes with a partner of:

5 Strict pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats

Recovery 

Pec stretch 1 minute each side

Lat stretch 1 min each side
