2 minute jump rope

20 russian KB swings

20 med ball cleans

5 inch worms

10 box step overs

WOD

For time with a partner:

250 double unders

200 abmat sit-ups

150 KB swings 53/35

100 wall balls 20/14

50 toes to bar

*every minute on the minute 10 box jump overs 24/20 must be performed

Recovery

spend 2 minutes in the bottom of the squat
