5 minute movement of your choice

Strength

(15 minute clock)

Take 4-5 warm up sets then:

4×2 back squat 75%

*pause for 2 seconds in the bottom

WOD

AMRAP in 6 minutes of:

8 thrusters 95/65

8 toes to bar

(Rest 4 minutes)

AMRAP in 6 minutes

8 over head squats 95/65

8 toes to bar
