4×2 pause front squats (2 seconds)

*75% or heavy double

WOD

“Lynne”

5 rounds for time:

max rep body weight bench press

max rep pull-ups

*only one attempt per round

*20+ pull-ups do chest to bar

*20+ chest to bar so strict
