3×10 weakness of your choice

WOD

On the minute for 8 minutes:

2 squat snatches (75%)

Rest 4 minutes

On the minute for 8 minutes:

2 squat cleans and jerks (75%)

Rest 4 minutes

AMRAP 6 minutes:

Sets of 3 unbroken strict HSPU

(if you cannot squat snatch, work on overhead squat or snatch balance)

Extra 

30 GHDSU

30 Hip extensions

30 hollow rocks
