60 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
1 Mile Run (Run together)
20 Rope Climbs or 50 Strict Pull Ups
1 Mile Run (Run together)
100 Burpees (Together)

  • Athletes can break up the Clean & Jerk and Rope Climbs reps however they wish in a “you go, I go” format.
  • The Runs and Burpees are to be completed together
